CHR’s Mobile Pathways Program provides personalized, effective, and recovery-focused treatments to people across Northeastern CT who are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorders. This is Connecticut’s first comprehensive mobile opioid treatment program.

  • Location: 1310 Main Street, Willimantic, CT 06226 (Parking Lot Behind CHR Clinic)
  • RV Clinic Operating Hours: Monday-Friday, 7-11 AM

Services include:

  • Medications for Opioid Use Disorders, including Methadone
  • Same-day admissions provided by on-site prescribers and nurses, as well as initial and annual physicals
  • Recovery-focused counseling from clinicians
  • Ongoing support from on-site Recovery Support Specialists – people in recovery who will share their stories, struggles, and successes, and guide you on your journey to recovery
  • Access to Narcan, fentanyl test strips, and more
