CHR is the most comprehensive behavioral healthcare provider in the state, offering a wide range of personalized services for children, families, and adults whose lives have been touched by mental illness, addictions, trauma, homelessness, and more. We’re Ready to Help
CHR accepts referrals from parents, guardians, family members, and friends. We also take referrals from schools, hospitals, private providers, primary care physicians, pediatricians, community agencies, and emergency service personnel, to name a few. We also welcome self-referrals.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and we offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule, based on family size and income.
CHR accepts Medicaid, HUSKY, Medicare and most major health insurances as partial or full payment for services.
