The Rose Center
The Rose Center program is a short-term residential stabilization service for youth ages 5-18 years old who are experiencing a mental health or behavioral crisis. It is the first of its kind to open in Eastern Connecticut.

All referrals for the Rose Center program are only permitted by Mobile Crisis, an Urgent Crisis Center, ECC, CCBHC, emergency department, or an inpatient psychiatric hospital. Referrals can be sent to: RoseCenterReferrals@chrhealth.org.
