Adult Outpatient Services: We are committed to a strength-based, collaborative approach helping individuals and families establish and work toward self-identified goals. CHR offers comprehensive services to adults (18 and older) and young adults (18 to 25), including individual and group outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
