We are committed to a strength-based, collaborative approach helping individuals and families establish and work toward self-identified goals. CHR offers comprehensive services to adults (18 and older) and young adults (18 to 25).
Outpatient Services
Offering an array of psychiatric and substance abuse recovery services, this program provides intake and psychiatric evaluations; individualized treatment planning; individual, group and family therapy; and medication management services. Jail Diversion
This program directs adults with psychiatric disabilities and non-violent criminal offenses away from the corrections system and into more appropriate community-based treatment settings.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)/Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP)
These services offer intensive, concentrated outpatient care. Individuals return to their homes each evening, maintaining important links to their families and the community. Click here to download the PHP/IOP information sheet.
Project Safe
This service ensures priority drug screening, evaluation and treatment for substance-abusing caregivers. Individuals are referred to this program through the Connecticut Department of Children and Families.
In-Home Treatment
- Mobile Crisis Response Team – Our interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals is available 24/7 to provide short-term crisis response, stabilization and intervention. Click here to download the Mobile Crisis Response information sheet.
