Jennifer Nadeau, LCSW, Senior Vice President of Child and Family Services, is responsible for the direction, oversight, and operation for all programs in the Child and Family Division, which includes crisis services, all outpatient and school-based clinics, several residential programs, and a number of intensive home-based therapy programs, as well as foster care and other support services.

Jennifer joined CHR in 2009 and was previously a Child and Family Service Director, with responsibilities for a range of evidence-based community programs including FFT and MDFT teams, school-based clinics, the Caregiver Support Team program, and Child Outpatient (COP) clinics in East Hartford and Manchester. Throughout her career with CHR, she has held various roles with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities for outpatient and community-based programs. She started her career in 2006 as a clinician working with children and families in an outpatient setting. Jennifer is widely recognized for her expertise in trauma-focused outpatient services for children, teens, and families, and played an integral role in implementing four innovative trauma-focused models in CHR’s outpatient and school-based clinics. She is a statewide trainer for MATCH-ADTC and actively participates in regional, statewide, and national trainings and learning collaboratives related to child and family services.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Franklin Pierce University and completed her graduate training at Loyola University Chicago School of Social Work.
