CHR’s Therapeutic Foster Care program matches children and teens who have experienced unthinkable trauma, abuse or neglect, with foster parents who can give them a good home – and a chance for a happy childhood.
Through CHR, foster parents receive education and support every step of the way and for many families, foster care is often the first step toward adoption.
