Join CHR as we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month with a series of events designed to provide Real Hope during these uncertain times.
May 5: CHR will participate in #GivingTuesdayNow, a global day of unity and giving. As you may recall, Giving Tuesday typically happens on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. This year, it’s making a second appearance to help provide emergency assistance to nonprofits like CHR that are responding to the coronavirus crisis.

May 13: Please join us for a 30-minute presentation to help reduce your stress! “Stress Less” will include helpful wellness information from CHR experts and end with a guided meditation and Sound Healing. It will help you through the week! More details to come soon!
Every Monday and Friday: Join us for an all-levels yoga class! The Friday class is at 12:30 and the Monday class is at 5 p.m. No prior yoga experience is necessary. You can participate through CHR’s FaceBook page –!
