CHR is proud to announce that New Directions will be moving from its current location at 113 Elm Street to CHR’s offices at 153 Hazard Avenue on June 15, 2017. New Directions, a highly regarded substance use treatment provider, became a program of CHR in October of 2016.
CHR is also announcing that our Danielson office will be moving from 34 Commerce Street to 71 Westcott Road on June 8, 2017.
