psychosocial rehabilitation program

At CHR, we offer an array of rehabilitation and support services, including programs for people struggling from substance use, brain trauma, and family violence. Overall, our support and rehab programs are designed to give clients an improved and functional quality of life. One of these programs is our Psychosocial Rehabilitation program.
Psychosocial rehabilitation is a form of recovery, aimed at helping people who are suffering from mental and emotional illnesses, to improve or regain their social abilities. Our psychosocial rehabilitation program provides adults with a serious mental illness a way to interact with others in a positive and recovery-oriented setting. We also help those individuals with a vocational assessment and provide job placement and coaching opportunities as well as peer support and social and recreational activities. The program is carefully designed to inspire confidence and empowerment so clients can pursue a meaningful role in their larger community.
We’re proud to offer this program because we firmly believe that everyone deserves a chance to live a fulfilling life. Anyone struggling with a serious mental illness should have equal access to programs like this and support in their communities.
