- Interstate 91 South
- Exit 38B (Day Hill Rd.) ramp bears to left
- Follow exit ramp to light
- Continue 1.9 miles from light to NCCS/CHR on left (there is left turn lane) -Building is marked “Community Health Resources” (Landmarks on right: Robert E. Morris Company, Hartford Hospital Windsor)
- Turn into main driveway, proceed to second access on left (ahead is dead end)
- Follow around to the back of the building to door furthest to the right of the building
FROM HARTFORD
- Interstate 91 North
- Exit 38 (Rt. 75)
- Rt. 75 North (right turn at light) for .2 mile
- Stay in right lane, follow signs for Day Hill Road
- After 2nd light from exit, turn right to access Day Hill Road
- Follow exit ramp to light
- Continue 1.9 miles from light to NCCS/CHR on left (there is left turn lane) -Building is marked “Community Health Resources” (Landmarks on right: Robert E. Morris Company, Hartford Hospital Windsor)
- Turn into main driveway, proceed to second access on left (ahead is dead end)
- Follow around to the back of the building to door furthest to the right of the building.

- Route 75
- Follow Route 75 to Day Hill Road access ramp
- Follow ramp to light
