JOB TITLE:   Residential Supervisor (2 positions)
HOURS:   Full Time 40 hours

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
ACCOUNTABLE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING RESULTS:

• Provides Direct Services and Supervision to Clients
- Provides direct case management
- Provides assistance with ADL’s
- Provides direct crisis prevention intervention efforts
- Provides primary program coverage as scheduled
- Ensures that client benefits are maintained
- Demonstrates competency in age related or specialty issues and developmental needs for each population served.
- Participates in Case Conferences with external referral sources.


• Provides Direct Supervision to Residential Staff.
- Directs staff in crisis intervention with clients.
- Meets with selected staff weekly for individual supervision
- Runs staff meetings in the absence of Supervisor
- Coordinates staff training efforts
- Works with staff and clients to ensure service plans are up to date
     
●    Supports Program Administration
- Ensures program bills are paid (rent, bills, liaison with CHR), as applicable
- Liaison with landlord to support smooth program operation, if applicable
- Orients new program staff
- Maintains program vehicle and office site to agency standards
- Ensures program compliance with agency health and safety standards
- Works with Senior Program Director to assure full slot utilization
- Assures accurate authorizations received upon client admission

●    Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- After hours beeper coverage, including holidays and weekends
- Attends PPTs, IEPs on program clients to ensure program representation
- Participates in program development
- May perform other assignments & duties as needed.
 

Minimum Requirements

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Demonstrated crisis intervention skills.
-  Experience with SPMI, dual diagnosis, childhood disorders (knowledge, training and/or intervention skills)
 

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:
Valid current driver’s license.  CPR/First Aid certification within 6 months of hire; discipline license eligible, i.e., LCADC


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Masters Preferred, Bachelors in human services or related field. Requirement:  At least two years exposure working with population served.
