Job Description

Provides Clients with direct assistance and training with ADL’s. Assists and supports clients in maintianing clean, safe and uncluttered living space. Provides direct on-site supervision of Clients. Does regular check in’s with clients in their programs to ensure safety and health standards. Additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in human service or related field. 2 years experience working with individuals with serious and persistent illness. Experience working with adolescents/young adults preferred. Knowledge of PPT/IEP. Demonstrated understanding of issues facing youths in transition. Knowledge of basic DBT skills training model. Good Verbal and written skills. Drivers license required.
