We Help People Define
Recovery—And Live Life.
One in four of us will struggle with mental illness or substance abuse at some point in our lives. Family, friends and other support systems often help, but there are times when these natural supports are not enough.
We understand that recovery is deeply personal and we start by listening. Working together, we help each person define his or her unique needs, identify goals, define recovery and create a personalized treatment plan.
At CHR, we seek to empower individuals. All of our programs are structured to help people manage their illness and encourage independent lives.
CHR's range of services includes:
Clinical Treatment
We are committed to a strength-based, collaborative approach helping individuals and families establish and work toward self-identified goals. CHR offers comprehensive services to adults (18 and older) and young adults (18 to 25).
