The PILOTS program (Planning and Implementing Housing Options for Long-Term Success) provides leased housing and supportive services to individuals who are homeless and who have a dual-diagonosis of mental illness and alcohol/drug dependence.
The aim of the program is to provide safe, affordable housing for fourteen individuals at any one time. Supports are designed to increase residential stability, prevent homelessness, increase daily living skills, encourage recovery from substance abuse and mental illness, obtain employment, and promote healthy relationships.
