The primary objective of the Supportive Apartment program is to assist up to 20 individuals in finding appropriate housing and to provide the supports necessary to live successfully in the community. Program priority is given to individuals who are ready for a discharge from Cedarcrest, CVH and the judicial system living in the community at risk and/or residing in homeless shelters. Residential Recovery Case Managers assist clients in learning life skills, including shopping, money management, cooking, laundry and house management as well as medication monitoring, education and symptom management.
