Partial Hospital Program

The Partial Hospital Program provides up to twenty openings for intensive five-day per week treatment for adults with mental illness and chemical dependency. This program is offered through North Central Counseling Services and Johnson Memorial Hospital. Call CHR’s Central Access & Crisis Triage Center for information or referral.
