Description

Provides Clients with direct assistance and training with ADL's;Assists and supports clients in maintaining clean, safe, uncluttered living space.Provides direct on-site supervision of clients;Does regular check-ins with clients in their programs to ensure safety and health standards;Completes all documentation in a thorough and timely manner;Additional duties and responsibilities as required

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors in human services or related field. 2 years experience working with individuals with serious and persistent illness;Experience working with adolescents/young adults, preferred;Knowledge of PPT/IEP;Demonstrated understanding of issues facing youth in transition;Knowledge of basic DBT skills training model;Good verbal and written skills;Drivers license required.
