This is a part time position, 20 hours

Responsibilities include clinical triage, coordinating community interventions with crisis centers. Dispatching mobile crisis response teams, providing back up to intake counselors with answering telephone calls, gathering demographics, level of care, and presenting problem information. Entering the information into the Management Information System. Triaging requests to crisis centers, scheduling intake appointments, sending confirmation letters, coordinating appointments with various agencies, and obtaining authorization for treatment.

Minimum Requirements

Masters Degree in Human Services required. Clinical license with CT dept. of Public Health preferred. Clinical experience in the community treatment of children with serious and persistent mental illness. Computer entry skills required, working knowledge of MS Office preferred. Bi-lingual candidate preferred.
