(MANCHESTER/VERNON)Community Health Resources (CHR) and Community Prevention and Addiction Services (CPAS) are undertaking a new, innovative initiative to provide mental health and addiction treatment services at a single location at Community Health Resources’ offices at 587 East Middle Turnpike, Manchester. CPAS and CHR will be sharing office space as of May 27, 2010.
This outpatient service combination provides an excellent opportunity to share resources and create service enhancements for clients in the community experiencing mental distress and/or substance abuse issues.
CHR provides an array of mental health services for adults, children and families. CPAS provides a continuum of care for chemically dependent/substance abusing clients, inclusive of inpatient, outpatient and prevention services.
